Collision Damage Waiver (CDW). Protects the renter from financial responsibility and provides coverage for damage caused by accident, collision, or vandalism.
CDW : € 10 Euro per day - security deposit is lowered as sown in the table above.
No CDW - security deposit remain the same. |
SECURITY DEPOSIT |
| A Security Deposit will be authorized on your credit card at
bike pickup, and refunded when the motorcycle is returned clean
and with no
damage. |
MOTORCYCLE RENTAL TERMS & CANCELLATION |
|
Any motorcycle rental reservation become final after a
€ 200 Euro non-refundable deposit is received in full. If you fail to send your reservation deposit we may cancel your reservation at any time.
Modification of an existing reservation can be made free of charge if claimed at least 21 days before the commencement of the rental, otherwise a surcharge may apply.
The full rental amount and the security deposit are collectible before or at the time of the bike pick up. One and two days rentals require full rate/per day payment at the time of the reservation.

MOTORCYCLE RENTAL ELIGIBILITY |

Minimum age: 21 years.
Valid Driver's License or International Driver's license legalized /endorsed from the country of your permanent residence (preferred).
Rental rate and security deposit payable in cash or with credit card - Visa and Master card.

MOTORCYCLE SUBSTITUTION |
|
Bg Travel reserves the right to substitute a motorcycle with
similar or better model if the one booked is not available due to
unexpected situation. this includes, but is not limited to mechanical
failure, collision, damage and theft. This constitutes the maximum
liability of BgTravel. |
MOTORCYCLE PICK UP & RETURN |
|
Please, call us the day before your rental period starts to
arrange for the most convenient pick-up time.
All rentals are based on 24 hour period and a half day rental rate
will apply for late returns up to 3 hours. For late returns over 3
hours a full day rental rate will apply. Should you wish to extend
your rental beyond the agreed terminating date, it is important the
rental agreement to be extended. |
