Tour highlights:
We offer you sea kayaking on the northern or
southern part of the coast of Bulgaria – both will
give you great adventures not only will you see
beautiful nature you will also see interesting towns
and areas!
There are several things to see during the tour and combined with a lot
of great nature experiences it is definitely recommended to take a sea
kayaking tour along the Bulgarian coastline! If you want to go for one
week you can choose either the northern or southern part. Or you can
choose both if you go on a 2 week tour! Level: Going in a sea kayaking tour requires that you are an
experienced kayaker. Have you no experience we will start the week with
a course (this can only be done if the whole group are beginners). We do
require as a minimum that you can swim.
The northern part:
Kamen Briag – meaning stone beach, this is a small typical village in the
northern part of Bulgaria.
Rusalka – one of the most beautiful places on the northern part of the
coast.
Kap Kaliakra – this place has got lots of history and interesting
legends.
Varna – the third largest city in Bulgaria – a cultural centre with lots
of attractions!
Kamchija – a nature reserve, where we will take a trip up the river to a
small fishing village.
Albena – the second largest resort on the northern part of the Bulgarian
coastline.
Balchik - a quit town housing the former summer residence of the
Romanian Queen Maria beautiful situated in a botanical garden. Worth a
visit!
Golden Sands – the largest resort on the northern part of the Bulgarian
coastline – not far from here is situated an old interesting cliff
monastery.
The southern part:
Kap Emine – this is the most eastern part of Bulgaria, where the Balkan
Range, who divide the country, ends.
Sunny Beach – The largest resort in Bulgaria.
Nesebar – a small charming peninsula under the protection of UNESCO.
Burgas – we will see the 5th largest city in Bulgaria from the Burgas-bay.
Sozopol – a town similar to Nesebar again a very charming stop on the
tour.
The Ropotamo river – a trip up the river will take us to see a lion head
formed in rocks.
